Expecting Chinese anime to have good subs, is like expecting a goose to lay a golden egg. It only happens a few times, but the rest of the time... you gotta live with the normal.

There was a chinese harem romcom anime like five years ago that had great subs and animation. I guess chinese anime have declined in quality since then

I think this is just a fan project. Look at the "animation". They just slightly move the characters and the background to give it "movement" Sort of like these manga dubs on youtube.

I highly doubt this is an official anime. There's absolutely no information about any anime made out of the manga. The quality and the language also suggest this is just a chinese fan project.

Episode 9 is a recap of the previous 5 episodes AND has the new 6-9. Also, seems to have better subs as well.
